Ordering farm products FAQs

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply fill out the reservation form.

Let us know which products you’d like to reserve and include any relevant details, such as quantities or pickup preferences, so we can serve you best.

Do I need to pay when I submit the reservation form?
No, submitting the form does not require payment. It simply lets us know which products you’re interested in. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to confirm availability, arrange payment, and schedule pickup or delivery.
How will I know if my reservation was successful?
After submitting your reservation form, you’ll receive a confirmation message on the website. We’ll then contact you directly by email to confirm your order details and coordinate next steps.
Can I request a specific pickup date or time?
Yes! You can include your preferred pickup timeframe in the reservation form. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and confirm the exact date when we follow up.
Can I reserve more than one product at a time?

Absolutely. You can reserve as many of the available products as you like – just check off all the items you’re interested in and include any details (like quantities) in your message.

What if I change my mind after submitting a reservation?
No problem. Since payment isn’t collected through the form, you can easily adjust or cancel your reservation when we follow up. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

General FAQs about Thunder Gardens

What is Thunder Gardens?

Thunder Gardens is a community focused farm where people grow high quality organic food together. Through public memberships and partner programs, participants contribute time, share responsibility, and share the harvest. The farm provides land, tools, and coordination to support collective growing and learning through hands on experience.

Do I need gardening experience to join?

No, Thunder Gardens welcomes both beginner and experienced growers. We aim to inspire learning and build your confidence as a grower through shared work and practical experience.

What should I know before visiting the farm?

All members must attend a mandatory orientation session and sign the gardener agreement before participating. This protects you, our community, and the farm by setting clear expectations for safety, conduct, and shared responsibility.

How does membership pricing work?

Membership pricing is designed to balance access and sustainability. We offer a range of options that reflect different financial situations while supporting the shared costs of running the farm.
